1,按KM007较平衡
(1)叶轮最大工作转速1470r/min
(2)平衡等级按G1.6级允许的残余不平衡量每面为4750g-mm,在两个面上配重
(3)平衡重厚度不大于10mm
2,焊缝质量按DIN8563的第三部分BS和BK的等级施工及检验
3,焊后应清除焊渣,并作出应力退火处理
4,焊接质量按JB/T10213-2000的规定
5,托盘,盖盘与轮毂焊接处焊缝应作100%探伤检查
6,加工完成后,彻底清理,不得留有杂物
叶轮为焊接结构,较其它结构叶轮重量比较轻,惯性矩也小.叶片和叶柄等组装件的离心力通过平面推力球轴承传递至叶轮的支承环上.叶轮组装件在出厂前已进行多次动平衡.

6, after the completion of processing, thoroughly clean up, no debris left
The impeller is welded structure, which is lighter in weight and smaller in inertia moment than other structure impellers. The centrifugal force of the blade and petiole assembly is transmitted to the support ring of the impeller through the flat thrust ball bearing. The impeller assembly has been dynamically balanced for many times before leaving the factory.
